Berkowsky and Associates, Inc. (BAI) was founded in 1990 by President and Principal Architect, Mark A. Berkowsky, AIA, LEED AP. Now in our 3rd decade, we are a WBENC-Certified Women's Business Enterprise and remain a family-run business. With Mark's daughter Siri Berkowsky Heinrichs as Chief Executive Officer and son Eric Berkowsky as Executive Vice President, we continue our strong client-focused approach, for on which we have built our reputation. Providing a full complement of design, construction, and project management services, we are capable of handling projects ranging in size and scope. Our architects and project managers are responsible for projects as they develop from the initial concept through the design process and physical construction. Employing a multi-disciplinary team of specialists in-house, (including architects, designers, drafters, LEED-accredited professionals, project managers, cost estimators, and superintendents), we work collaboratively throughout the phases of any project.
