Community Options, Inc. (COI) acquired this existing commercial building to expand their office services and Daily Plan It program. From both an established philanthropic history and professional relationship, COI engaged Berkowsky and Associates, Inc. (BAI) to provide a total redesign and construction of the facade and interior.
