In an effort to expand their biotechnology work, this global life sciences client asked Berkowsky and Associates, Inc. (BAI) to reconfigure their laboratory and make way for a new AMBR® 250 bioreactor.

The design team prepared new drawings while demolition opened the two existing spaces to be combined into one lab. Providing both design and construction, the Berkowsky team swiftly moved through the project delivering new overhead service carriers, utilities, and mobile casework.

Utilities included nitrogen, oxygen, compressed air, vacuum, electrical, and data. With project savings, BAI capped the project with new LED lighting and room finishes.
