Tokiwa Cosmetics International came to New Jersey to expand their cosmetics innovation and manufacturing. Berkowsky and Associates, Inc. (BAI) completed demolition of the existing interior, design, and construction of the reimagined 152,000-square-foot production and warehouse facility.

The newly designed entrance displays encased Tokiwa products and leads to the changing rooms for clean entry into the manufacturing spaces. Existing offices, restrooms, and employee break room remain adjacent to the entry.

BAI designed all manufacturing, controlled production, and cosmetics laboratories as cGMP clean spaces, providing maximum efficiency and preventing cross contamination.

The newly designed facility now features:

• Material & Personnel Air Locks

• Clean Corridor

• Finished Product Storage, Shipping/Receiving

High-efficiency HVAC units and dust collectors ensure air quality and pressure control throughout. The completed facility includes future expansion plans.
